Security & Sovereignty Advisory Board
A company selling isolation and jurisdictional control should be answerable to people qualified to challenge it. We are forming an advisory board to do exactly that.
This board is in formation. We are publishing the mandate before the membership because the mandate is the part customers should hold us to, and because we would rather recruit against a stated remit than announce names and work out the remit afterward.
The seats we are recruiting
European data protection
A practitioner in EU data protection and cross-border transfer law, to test the European arm's structure against the standard a supervisory authority would actually apply.
Regulated-industry CISO
A serving or former chief information security officer from a regulated sector, to review the isolation architecture from the buyer's side of the table.
Critical infrastructure operations
An operator of industrial control and critical-infrastructure environments, focused on physical and operational security at both sites.
Defense & export control
Experience in export-controlled program environments and the handling requirements that come with them, relevant to our defense and industrial customers.
What the board will do
- Review the isolation architecture and the tenancy model before each material change, not after.
- Approve the scope of independent audits and see the findings unredacted, including findings we would prefer not to publish.
- Test the European entity structure against the sovereignty claims made on this website, and require them to be amended if they overstate.
- Review any request from any government, in either jurisdiction, for access to customer data or systems.
- Meet quarterly, with a standing right to convene on any single member's request.
