Privacy

A company selling data sovereignty should be able to explain its own website in one page. This one sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics.

This website

  • This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts, fonts, trackers or analytics. Nothing about your visit is shared with anyone.
  • Standard server logs are retained by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention for a limited period.
  • If you submit the contact form we receive the information you provide — name, company, email, phone if given, and your description of the workload — and use it solely to respond to you.
  • Form submissions are not added to a marketing list, not sold, and not shared with third parties. Ask us to delete your inquiry and we will.

The service

  • Customer prompts, completions, context and indexes are processed inside the customer's dedicated tenancy at the site and in the jurisdiction named in their agreement.
  • Strata does not train on customer data, does not retain it beyond the operational window the customer defines, and certifies destruction on termination.
  • Personal data processed on behalf of customers is governed by the data processing agreement executed with that customer, including EU standard contractual terms where applicable.
  • Access by Strata personnel is time-bound, logged and visible to the customer.
